Alphonse “Scarface” Capone Miami Mugshot
July 1930 – Al “Scarface” Capone went on trial in Miami for two counts of perjury. Three days later the judge threw out the case and Capone walked out a free man. The hearings took place at the Dade County Courthouse in room 6-1 which still exists today.
